  • Be a permanent or seasonal Florida resident

  • Be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a qualified physician

  • Be entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry

  • Obtain a Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card

Go to the Dispensary

We will set you up in the registry so you can go to the dispensary and receive your MMJ within 30 mins.

Consultation with A Pasco MJMD Doctor

Consult with a doctor for 10-15 minutes to evaluate your ailments, and ask any questions you may have about medical marijuana treatment

Family Wellness Clinic - Primary Care

Primary Care is an ongoing relationship you have with your family physician and may include recommended annual wellness physicals and routine screenings, or management of chronic diseases like asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and more. If you don't yet have a primary care physician, Dr. Balogun, and his staff will ensure a comfortable, confidential medical care experience, with the added benefit of a modern patient portal solution.

Family Wellness Clinic - Urgent Care

Urgent Care deals with non-life-threatening medical situations that are often time-sensitive. These often include treatment for ailments such as:

  • Mild to moderate asthma

  • Eye irritation and redness (Pink eye and styes)

  • Fever, sore throat, congestion, or cough

  • Sinus infections

  • UTI (Urinary tract infections)

  • Bladder infections or yeast infections

  • Painful urination

  • Heartburn and indigestion

  • Vomiting, diarrhea, or dehydration

  • Skin conditions like athlete's foot, shingles, bug bites/stings

  • Sprains and strains

  • Bumps, minor cuts, scrapes, blisters, and wounds

  • Vaccinations

  • School, sports, employment, or general wellness physicals

    If you have a life-threatening condition like chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke, head trauma, or severe bleeding, call 911 or go straight to your nearest Emergency Room (ER).
